This is a lovely travel role and one I'm genuinely excited to be working on.
Our client is one of the UK's most established travel specialists and a real reputation for quality. They're growing, they're award-winning, and they look after their people well.
The role sits within their Business Development team, supporting the Key Accounts Manager in managing and developing relationships with their partners. It's a varied, people-focused position, part account management, part sales support, part coordination. You'll be building relationships, preparing reports and proposals, tracking performance, and generally making sure everything runs smoothly across their key distribution channels.
It's hybrid, three days in the office, two from home and the benefits package is genuinely one of the better ones I've seen at this level. We're talking 33 days holiday from day one, complimentary holiday opportunities, fam trips, private medical after probation, and more.
As Account Executive, you'll need to be confident on the phone and in person, organised, proactive, and comfortable working across teams. Previous experience in a sales support, account management, or business development role within travel would be ideal, but it's the attitude and people skills that will matter most here.
