An award-winning, family-owned travel business is growing fast and they need a sharp, commercially minded finance professional to help drive it forward. This is a genuinely exciting opportunity in a business that has built something special. The UK's leading specialist in their niche, with a fiercely loyal customer base, a close-knit team and serious ambitions for the next chapter.
You'll own the numbers but more importantly, you'll know what to do with them. Taking full ownership of month-end, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, you'll work directly alongside senior leadership to influence pricing, margin and commercial decision-making. You'll analyse profitability across the product portfolio, identify where money is being left on the table, and translate financial insight into clear recommendations that actually change things.
ACA / ACCA / CIMA part/qualified or finalist, you'll have a strong management accounting background with a real commercial edge, ideally gained in travel, tourism or a similar product-led business. You'll be confident presenting to senior stakeholders, strong on Excel and financial modelling, and equally happy rolling your sleeves up as thinking strategically.
This role is being recruited exclusively. £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience, based in East Anglia on a hybrid basis. For a confidential conversation, please get in touch.
