As the Head of Sales and Operations, this senior travel job will require you to drive the sales and success of this cruise travel company, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Playing a key role in the success of the business, you will be a natural and inspirational leader with a proven track record of delivery.
Your key objective will be to deliver a strategy through a rounded, responsive approach to achieve business targets, maximise sales revenue, optimise ROI, improve conversion, service levels and increase market share.
You will be tasked with growing sales revenue while maintaining and increasing profit margins.
As Head of Sales and Operations you will create an outstanding onboarding, training and development programme and continuously improve the sales process and produce a highly successful cruise and worldwide sales team.
You will be knowledgeable, passionate and enthusiastic. An energetic operator with a proven track record of success within Tour Operations or a cruise call centre is required to power the next phase of this companies growth. This is an exciting and challenging senior travel job which demands a natural leader with a drive to improve operational success at all levels. We are looking for a loyal, persuasive and inspirational leader capable of motivating a sales team.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Managing Director and will be working alongside the the senior leadership team to lead the sales and operations team, create and execute strategic plans to reach sales targets, monitor KPI performance, manage all sales operations, forecast quarterly sales figures and help enhance the travel brand.
