As Head of Sales and Operations, you will lead our clients sales and customer operations teams to drive revenue growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll manage day-to-day sales performance while developing strategic initiatives to improve conversion rates, lead quality, and operational efficiency. Your role as Head of Sales and Operations encompasses team leadership and development, including recruiting, training, and coaching staff to achieve KPIs and maintain high service standards. Working closely with Marketing, Product, and other department heads, you'll analyse performance data, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance both sales execution and customer satisfaction throughout the entire journey from enquiry to post-travel follow-up.
