This Operations Manager position will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our clients holidays.
Overseeing the operations team, you will coordinate the team's day to day workload and act as the first point of contact for any emergency requirements regarding passenger departures. You will ensure all pre-departure paperwork is accurate and will also assign a tour manager to each trip.
Within this Operations Manager travel job, you will take the lead with any operational issues and work closely with the customer service teams to review all guest feedback. You will also work closely with the product and sales teams to make sure everyone is aware what is expected from each trip.
This job in travel would best suit someone with proven travel operations management experience. You will have excellent operational skills and have gained at least 2 years' experience leading a team, striving for continuous improvement.
Our clients offices are in the Cambridgeshire area and they are looking for this individual to be in the office full time.
