Reporting into the Head of Sales, our client a well-established accommodation wholesaler is seeking an Account Manager.
As an Account Manager you will be working with the retail network, being the face of the business with travel agent and call centre visit acting as the brand ambassador and be the go to person for your retail and OTA key accounts.
With this travel job working the centre of the UK, you will be out 4 days of 5 working from a well thought out and effective call plan, visiting as many agents within your territory as possible, you might be dropping in with some merchandise or you may be there for some product training or even to roll out an incentive, either way a friendly and approachable personality is essential.
An Account Manager’s week will never be the same, you might have a full week of agent visits, you could have some training thrown in or you might be attending road shows in the evening representing the business. You will need to have access to your own car and have a full clean driving license. You may be working in a similar role for a tour operator, bed bank or airline, our client would also consider a candidate that is working in retail looking to step out on the road.
