This job in travel is perfect for someone who has a love for Africa, especially the wildlife of Africa.  You may have travelled a large part of it, or only some of it, but your knowledge and passion is such that clients cannot help but fall in love with it too.

As Africa Safari Travel Specialist you will be tailor-making luxury wildlife holidays in Africa for your clients, offering them unparalleled levels of customer service and destination knowledge.

Working with your clients in this travel job you will have the confidence to advise them on complex long-haul itineraries, establishing a good rapport with them and making sure you understand their needs.

This job in travel can be challenging at times during busy periods, so you must be able to work calmly under pressure with the ability to meet your clients’ needs at all times.  As a valued member of the team, the business will also support you in your knowledge and personal growth with once a year FAM trips to experience first-hand a destination they sell, which could be anything from the a thrilling safari in the Kruger National Park, to seeing the Big Five in Kenya or the island paradise of Mauritius to search for dolphins by catamaran.

Do I tick the boxes?

  • Knowledge of travelling / selling Africa
  • Previous experience with Amadeus, or other GDS
