As an Aviation manager you will take ownership of bulk seat sales to Tour Operator partners. This will involve managing existing and new partnerships, negotiating seasonal group seat sales. This is a trading role and it will be essential for you to have strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen with a close eye on yield optimisation.
As well as being a trader of seats you will also be a good account manager, someone that can drive relationships and revenue with tour operators. To be successful in the senior travel job you will also understand the operations of tour operating, and how the seat sales functions sits within the business.
You may be working in an Air Product or Aviation Scheduling position for an airline or tour operator.
