Working exclusively with our client, a highly successful and award winning travel company, we are seeking to hire a Business Development Manager who’s job in travel will be to hire sales people for their growing business.
With your experience of working in the travel industry you will be accountable for the growth of the homeworking network, identifying, recruiting and onboarding new sales people.
You may have experience of being an out on the road Account Manager or Leisure Sales Manager or you could be someone that is a Team Leader working in a call centre. Also you could be a Cluster Manager working in a travel agency environment. You may even have experience of a job in travel recruitment. All of these would have the skills our client is seeking.
What is key is that you know a lot of people and can generate interest. You will know how to recruit a constant pipeline of sales people and the qualities needed to identify these individuals.
You will be someone that can come up with and implement new initiatives and be a natural problem solver, always determined to exceed expectations and driven by individual and team success.
Our client operates a work from home/office policy and you will be someone that enjoys contributing to a positive working environment.
