As a leisure focused Business Development Manager, you will be tasked with looking after an impressive portfolio of leisure travel accounts which will consist of tour operators, travel agents, OTA’s and flight consolidators. Reporting to the Country Manager, you will play a leading role in commercial negotiations and driving sales through your account portfolio.

As a brand ambassador for this established Airline, you will be tasked with representing the business at trade and consumer events, carry out effective product training with key accounts, introducing sales incentives to the trade and host Fam trips. You will have excellent relationship skills and the ability to communication at all levels, in addition to this our client are looking for candidates that have worked in a similar senior travel job in sales and are well networked with the UK travel trade.

The team in the UK is a small hub team looking after the UK and Ireland, therefore you will need to be very self-sufficient and enjoy working as part of a small team. This Business Development Manager job in travel will need to be hands on and have the ability to get tasks completed yourself rather than needing to draw on a team to do this for you.
