This senior travel job is a 12 month fixed term contract and will have responsibility for managing the relationship with external contact centres. You will have strong relationship management skills, which will enable you to build relations with the contact centres and ensure that the business is receiving optimised sales and performance levels. Bringing your strong commercial acumen you will review and identify areas for improvement and implement training programs to ensure that the contact centres have all of the information required to best sell products.
To be successful in this commercial travel job you will have strong influencing skills, knowledge of how a call centre works and exceptional relationship building skills. With the contact centres based in the UK and globally, you will be flexible in travelling to visit them, to better build relationships, especially in the initial period. With the position having direct reports this role also requires someone with team leadership experience.
You may currently be working as a Sales Account Manager, Sales Development Manager, or Relationships Manager where you’re managing relations with outsourced or external contact centres.
This is a 12 month fixed term contact and therefore it is not guaranteed to result in a permanent contract.
