Reporting to the Head of Customer Contact, the Call Centre Manager will lead, mentor and motivate a team of 14. The team consist of team leaders, sales specialists and the after sales administration team.
The travel job has come about as part of a restructure and the ideal candidate will be someone that comes with experience in a similar role, working for a tour operator would advantageous. Day to day the Call Centre Manager will be assessing call conversions, supporting the team on sales techniques, ensuring the team are maximised and that the division is running at maximum capacity. With this being a sales focused role, the successful candidate will be ensuring the team are working towards their targets and identifying any training requirements to ensure the team are up to speed on product and sales techniques.
The Call Centre Manager will form part of the management team and will work with other departments with the business, therefore excellent communication skills are a must for this job in travel.
