However a Call Centre job in travel has arisen and it is a great opportunity for an aspiring team leader or someone in a Call Centre Manager job or Reservations Manager job. Your role as Call Centre Manager is to motivate and develop your team, ensuring sales targets are met on a monthly basis. You are highly organised, able to manage the day to day running of a fast paced office, whilst maintaining a fun environment where people are happy to come to work each day.
Success in this position is based upon 3 pillars;
• Sales leadership
Whilst our client operates in the area of worldwide touring and tailor-made travel you do not have to have this product knowledge but what you do need to have is a proven track record of success in managing a sales team ideally in travel.
