This is a cross functional travel job that incorporates the day to day running of multiple sites in a facilities capacity, being responsible for premises management and maintenance, cleaning/catering, health and safety, procurement and contract management, security, utilities and telecoms.

On the other side and in fact more important is the Company Secretary element of the role. Our client is looking to hire a candidate with experience of managing the administration of the company in terms of legal, compliance and regulatory requirements. The company secretary will keep abreast of new regulation in to according business, to have the ability to work closely with regulatory board and lawyers to ensure that business is meeting all legal requirements.

This will also include working with internal departments on new projects and to be the champion of all things legal and above board, to manage all legal documents/contracts, licensing throughout the business and insurances. The Company Secretary also works closely with the board of this travel business. Attending board meetings and providing the board of executives with any information that is required.
