This senior job in travel will see the successful candidate able to drive contracting and operations initiatives, within budget, quality and safety limitations within the UK region. You will be developing and maintaining existing supplier relationships, contracting rates and conditions and developing connections with potential new suppliers.

In this tour operator job, you will also lead commercial negotiations, managing high value contracts; be involved in product development; support the tour directors and groups whilst on tour and help with emergency situations if necessary; ensure supplier invoices are processed correctly; work with suppliers to improve efficiency of operations and be responsible for all operational expenses within the region.

Ideally you will have a proven track record as a skilled market manager for the UK.

You may already be in a Contracts Manager job in travel, or in a Purchasing Manager job or be a successful Market Manager within travel and tourism.
