As a CRM Manager you will work within a newly created team in the UK, which all report into the Director of Customer Experience Marketing. With the company’s focus shifting to customer experience and retention, this is an exciting time to join the newly established team.
In this marketing job in travel, as a CRM Manager you will be tasked with working closely with the director to devise and implement the CRM strategy with a focus on guest engagement, loyalty and revenue generating campaigns. You will be analysing large data sets so a keen eye for detail is required, as is experience of developing testing strategies for all aspects of CRM.
Our client is looking for a candidate that comes with3-5 years background in CRM, with experience managing campaigns from start to finish. Email marketing experience of using Adobe would also be hugely advantageous for this marketing job in travel. Also the ability to be creative, coming up with new initiatives to enhance retention and customer engagement.
You will be working with internal divisions within this corporate organisation, therefore strong communication skills would be essential.
