This travel job will have responsibility for overseeing the fast paced customer relationships team, supporting the team manager and ensuring individuals are achieving goals within set timeframes. As the Team Leader you will review the teams workloads and ensure that all customer communications are escalated and responded to efficiently.
In this senior travel job you will draw on your problem solving skills to ensuring to resolve issues at first point of contact. You will be confident in leading others through best example techniques and have proven experience working within a similar role.
To be successful in securing this job in travel you will have proven leadership skills, be a real team player and have worked within a travel related customer service team. You will have strong communication skills, an excellent telephone manner and good attention to detail.
