Working closely with our clients growing sales team, this senior travel job will have responsibility for ensuring the business is taking a customer focused approach, driving the service levels forward. The Customer Service Manager will work towards improving repeat bookings through to delivery of first rate service. Drawing on your proven customer service experience you will look to reduce complaints and work with customers on resolving any issues.
As the Customer Service Manager you will monitor the NPS scores and look for any opportunities for improvement, feeding back to the team and wider business on the results. You will have proven customer service experienced gained from working within the travel industry, specifically within a tour operator environment. To succeed in this travel job you will have an understanding of package travel regulations, codes of conduct and consumer rights.
