This job in travel is suitable for someone who knows how to deliver a first rate customer service level to all potential and existing customers.

Pre-departure you will be developing relationships with customers, delivering a first class service. This will be by telephone calls and email enquiries.

As Customer Services Assistant you will be providing administrative support after holiday cancellations, ensuring all details are communicated to the relevant teams. In addition you will be involved in booking services as required to enhance the customers experience.

This varied travel job will also see you arranging clients Visa’s, communicating with insurance companies on behalf of clients if required and liaising with clients for outstanding payments.
