Working within this expanding business the Ecommerce Manager will have complete ownership for the newly launched global B2B booking platform, reviewing its success and identifying opportunities for improvement. In the initial period this will be a standalone travel job which will see you reviewing the functionality of the platform, introducing new and innovative features that will entice their existing partners to use the digital platform. In time as the demand grows there is potential for the Ecommerce Manager to head up a team who support the digital platform.

Within this ecommerce travel job you will liaise with the wider sales and account management team to gain global market feedback on the platform and implement relevant changes depending on market requirements. You will increase conversion and partner sales by reviewing the customer journey, looking for improvements in the A-Z booking experience and ensure the platform is successfully transacting.

This exciting travel job will suit someone who has at least 5 years’ experience within a ecommerce environment, managing a digital platform or tool. You will be commercially and technically minded, have international exposure and the ability to work with global markets.

Successful applicants must have experience of working in travel and knowledge of how B2B products are purchased and sold.
