Our client is seeking an Events Executive to join their team. This job in travel will see you play an integral part in organising and implementing the company’s UK events.

You will liaise with sales, marketing and senior staff to ensure understanding and requirement of each of the events.

Communicating with all exhibitors and sponsors you will ensure all assets are received and stored as well as liaise with designers and technical employees to ensure all sponsors and exhibitors are promoted in line with their agreements both online and at events.

You will be the main point of contact for any event logistic queries and play an integral part in handling all logistics at all travel events.

You will need exceptional communication skills and have event organisation and delivery skills. Naturally you will be highly organised with outstanding planning skills.
