This exciting travel job will have responsibility for leading, motivating and developing an account management team. Working closely with the Managing Director you will set the sales goals and plans, working with the team to ensure those targets are achieved. You will use your previous group travel experience to successfully manage your own portfolio of key accounts.

Within this senior travel job you will report on your teams progress against objectives, identify training and development requirements and manage individual team performance. As the Group Sales Manager you will also contribute to business development and act as senior member of the management team.

To be successful within this sales manager travel job you will have solid group travel and team management experience.
