Reporting directly in to the General Manager, the Guest Relations Supervisor will look after all things post booking.
The Guest Relations team is formed of 3 people including this role and they are looking for someone that is able to handle customer queries, complaints and reservations amendments. As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you will naturally be enthusiastic and have customer service skills, not be afraid of the telephone and be able to think on your feet.
A keen eye for details is essential for this job in travel as the team will be charged with checking and qualifying reservations details, actioning and closeouts and check/double checking all customer documentations. In addition to this the Guest Relations team work closely with all hotel and land partners to reconfirm reservations and special requests.
The ideal candidate will have a supervisory background, ideally in the travel industry and be a confident customer service professional who can lead and mentor a team.
Please note – this is a Monday to Friday job 9am-5:30pm, but you will also be asked to work 1 Saturday in 3 with a day off in Lieu, this will be on a rota basis.
