Working within this established business the Head of Operations will have responsibility for leading, motivating and developing a large team of overseas workers. Within this position you will participate in team training and coaching, suggesting ideas for improvement which can improve efficiency, recruit new team members, maintain regular communication with your team and provide monthly performance reports.
Bringing your extensive team management and operational experience you will be confident in empowering a large team, reviewing and measuring KPIs and conducting regular 1-1 meetings. You will have proven experience leading teams who are remote, overseas and/or based within a different office location. As the Head of Operations you will also review all processes, procedures and systems to ensure the business is working to its full potential.
My client is seeking an inspiring leader who possesses excellent customer service skills and is able to work in a fast moving environment. Applicants will ideally have a travel industry background.
