This is an exciting newly created travel job that will take responsibility for managing our clients contact centre. Within this Head of Sales position you will oversee a team of sales consultants leading, inspiring and motivating them to achieve their sales targets. Bringing your previous experience of leading a successful call centre you will create a sales plan to ensure your team are meeting their sales and service objectives, working with them closely to feedback on performance reports.

To be successful in this Head of Sales job in travel you will be a sales driven individual with strong team management experience. You will be able to identify market opportunities, maintain a strong product knowledge and create an environment which embraces change and innovation.

You may currently be working as a Call Centre Manager, Contact Centre Manager or Sales Manager within as successful call centre sales environment. Travel industry experience is highly advantageous.
