This exciting travel job will have responsibility for leading, motivating and developing our clients sales and account management team. This Head of Sales job, will see you working closely with the Managing Director to plan, develop and implement the sales strategies, working with the team to ensure targets are achieved.
Within this senior travel job you will motivate and guide the team, identify training and development requirements and manage individual team performance. As the Head of Sales you will also contribute to business development and act as senior member of the management team. You will be a real go-getter, who is confident in managing remote workers.
To be successful within this sales manager travel job you will have proven team management experience and have worked in the travel industry. Experience of working for a student or group travel operator would be highly advantageous.
