Are you an tech whizz who loves to find solutions to IT issues? We’re seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide internal support to our clients business. This specialist travel job will have responsibility for responding to technical queries relating to computing or telephone systems. You will provide hardware and software support and respond to requests via email, phone and face to face.

As the Helpdesk Support Specialist you will provide the very best technical support and customer service to our clients staff in the UK and worldwide. Drawing on your organisational and communication skills you will keep stakeholders updated on resolution timeframes and work with the management team to ensure services are efficient throughout.

You may currently be working as an IT Support Analyst or within a 1st or 2nd Line IT Support role, and looking for a new challenge in your career. The successful applicant will have strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of both Mac and Windows operating systems and have at least 2 years’ experience gained from a similar role.
