Reporting into the Service Desk Manager, our client an established travel business who are looking to hire a first line support analyst. For this travel job in IT, you will need to come with travel experience to be technically savvy and be a quick learner.
This is an exciting travel job that could take your career into a slightly different direction, but what is essential is that you have experience working with travel systems and travel focused technology. This is a learn on the job opportunity, therefore you will need to be fully committed to hitting the ground running with a full induction to the requirements of the job.
As this is a support role, you will be troubleshooting system/IT issues so a calm head is required as is excellent communication skills as you’ll be talking through resolving the issue over the phone with the end result being a successful conclusion and systems working correctly.
