With proven luxury knowledge and experience of packaging the ultimate cruise products, our client is seeking a specialist due to rapid growth in the sector and business.
You will mainly be speaking to clients over the telephone, packaging cruises with flights, accommodation and transfers to create a bespoke holiday itinerary. You will be expected to follow up on all quotes, offering advice where required and high levels of service throughout, in order to maximise conversion rates.
Delivering excellence in customer service and aftercare, while ensuring that each client’s holiday runs smoothly from start to finish is essential.
On occasions you may be required to represent the company at consumer shows, ship visits, events and functions, which may take place on evenings or at weekends.
You may currently be working for a luxury tour operator as a Sales Consultant, Luxury Reservations Consultant or Cruise Consultant and looking for an exciting new career.
