This tour operator are looking to expand their sales department with an experienced reservations consultant. Whether you have a call centre or travel retail background, it is essential you have some long haul destination knowledge and a huge passion for travel.
A typical day within this sales job in travel will see you converting phone and web enquiries either directly with the public or agents building excellent relationships. You’ll offer outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and beyond by listening and gaining feedback from customers with any queries.
As a Reservations consultant, you will on a regular basis report back to the Reservations Manager on the volume of open quotes and ensure your product knowledge is of the highest level, enabling you to exceed sales targets.
You may currently be working as a retail travel agent, travel consultant or call centre reservation executive, looking to expand upon your long haul expertise within an exciting tour operator job.
