This is a newly created marketing job in travel as part of an expansion within the company. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will drive the marketing strategy with a focus on CRM and direct mail. For this travel job you will ideally have broad marketing experience in all channels, and have some team management experience.
Your role will see you managing the marketing strategy and also the database of subscribers, enquirers and repeat bookers. Managing each database segment you will set up automated communication journeys and undertake new initiatives to grow the database and enrich data currently held. As Marketing Manager you will build a promotional marketing calendar and create communications to reach every target market.
You will be familiar with all aspects of marketing but you will work together with the Marketing Director to shape the future direction of the company’s CRM strategy, so if you have a good grasp of CRM that would be highly advantageous.
