Supporting the Sales Director this senior job in travel will have responsibility for leading, motivating and mentoring a team of Field Sales Managers, ensuring they achieve their trade sales targets. Acting as a brand guardian, you will ensure that your team are managing their sales cycle and calls effectively and in line with business requirements.

As the National Sales Manager you will build long term relationships with key individuals in the trade, drawing on your previous trade sales knowledge to suggest ideas for growth and development. This senior travel job will also see you review processes and implement new procedures to increase sales. You will negotiate new agreements, liaise with marketing to ensure regional marketing is relevant, prepare regular sales forecasts and review performance.

To be successful within this travel job you will have proven extensive experience within a senior trade sales position. You will be experienced in managing a high-performing sales team and have the ability to build strong working relationships.
