This Operations Executive job in travel and tourism will support the senior team with administration of all aspects to running the business, as well as overseeing the administration of key documents, files, calendars, dates and events.
As Operations Executive you will prepare and organise sending of welcome packs, assist the sales and product team in updating documentation and ensure key suppliers have up to date client itineraries. You will be the first point of communication for the business so an excellent telephone manner is required, as well as the ability ensure responses are directed to the team in a timely and efficient manner. You will maintain internal documents and key supplier details so a strong attention to detail is required.
To be successful in this travel job working with HNW clients you will be of a confident nature and take pride in your work and be of a highly presentable nature to meet clients and suppliers.
Ideally applicants will have travel industry experience to fulfill this Operations Executive job in travel.
