We’re seeking an Operations Manager who can take responsibility for the logistical element of our clients tours. Working closely with the sales team, the Operations Manager will handle the post sales operations to ensure the tours are organised and run as smoothly as possible.
Within this senior travel job you will liaise with ground handlers to secure preferential rates and agree contracts whilst also looking at allocation and service requirements. You will ensure health and safety standards are met, liaise with tour leaders, organise paperwork and assist with the emergency phone.
This job in travel requires a dynamic individual with a strong attention to detail. You will be highly organised and have previous ‘on the ground’ experience, with knowledge of the logistics behind tours. You may previously have operated overseas as a tour leader or expedition leader and be looking for a new challenge.
