Working alongside a growing sales team, this exciting travel job this will have responsibility for monitoring, motivating and coaching a team of sales and operations individuals. As Operations Manager you will review, develop and implement new processes and procedures to improve efficiency, analysing sales results and trends, making suggestions for improvement.
Within this senior travel job you will ensure excellent service levels are being provided in each booking detail, maintaining the companies excellent reputation for being an industry leader. You will ensure the team follow the operational processes and train new team members on systems and procedures.
The successful applicant will have at least 2 years operational management experience gained from working within a tour operator. You will be a proven team leader, be highly organised and have a strong attention to detail.
