Working for this growing award winning travel business, you will find this Office & Operations Manager position a truly rewarding place to work.
This senior job in travel will require you to have a hands on nature; you will be looking after the general day to day operations of the business both in house and with the suppliers, and the overall customer satisfaction.
You will be flexible and quick thinking, able to solve problems effectively and quickly, as well as be able to see forward and implement an improvement process where needed.
The customer is key to success in this role. As Operations Manager you must be comfortable in communicating with the clients in the manor appropriate as well as the suppliers in resort.
This job in travel is perfect for someone with an operational / customer service background.
