For this job in travel as an Operations Manager, you will be managing a team of circa 15 staff who are based across 5 locations. You will be required to streamline processes and procedures for the Finance Admin team which covers all transactions from ticketing onwards in a booking process.
Areas of responsibility for the Operations Manager include ticketing, credit control, credit card reconciliation, invoicing plus much more. Our business travel client is going through a process of change and this travel job will form part of the management team to ensure that the business runs effectively and processes are adhered too.
In terms of the candidate profile for this Operations Manager job, our client are looking for a travel industry professional who is process driven, adaptable to change and has strong team management skills.
