Reporting directly into the Managing Director, our client is looking to hire a Partnerships Marketing Manager. As Partnership Marketing Manager you will lead and mentor a small team of 2 Partnerships Executives combined with driving the UK’s B2B and B2C sales & marketing strategy.

The purpose of this senior job in travel is to drive sales through partnership marketing activity, this will involve working with various media partners, the travel trade and affiliate partners to ensure sales and marketing campaigns are launched properly, generating new business and building brand awareness. You will be an experienced marketing manager with experience of managing media partners, social media, PR, trade communications and print. Secondary to this senior marketing job in travel will be online marketing (not hands on). As this is a B2B and B2C focused marketing job, you will ideally come with some experience of managing travel trade communications as well as creating collateral for the trade to use in branches and at trade events.

As a Partnerships Marketing Manager, you may be asked to represent the business at meetings, trade and networking events.

The two Partnerships Marketing Executives will sometimes be out on the road visiting travel agents but will spend the majority of their time in the office, supporting the travel trade to secure maximum revenue. On the B2C side, there will be annual brochure productions, utilising media partners to build on brand awareness and call to action campaigns. It is a varied senior marketing job in tour operating which will offer the Partnership Marketing Manager lots of autonomy to drive successful campaigns.
