Reporting into the Head of River Cruising, our client is looking for an experienced Product Manager to manage the delivery of their River Cruising Product.

As a Product Manager you will manage the existing programme, as well as looking at ways to enhance the product offering to ensure the business has a competitive and diverse product for their customers. You will be working with overseas partners, negotiating rates and closely monitor sales activity.

Being the product specialist you will support the sales team with any product questions, and ensure they are fully up to speed on what product is available through regular product training programs. To ensure the product is at the top of it game, a close eye on competitor activity is essential for this travel job, as is constantly reviewing, improving and refining existing tour itineraries.

Candidates will come with a strong product management background, commercial acumen, the ability to review and asses programs (new and existing) and come with strong communication skills to ensure that you are working closely with all internal teams such as sales, operations and marketing as well as maintaining the overseas partnerships.
