As part of our ambitious plans, we’re seeking an Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Working within this fast paced position, you will need to have operated in the leisure and tourism travel industry, be an effective communicator and show strong integrity.

You will be a natural sales professional with the ability to communicate at all levels, whilst possessing excellent listening skills. Being well networked you will be able to draw on your knowledge of the industry to offer our impressive portfolio of clients the very best candidates for the business.

You do need buckets of determination, patience, and an eye for detail in order to search, find and match quality candidates to meet our client’s key requirements.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining high level relationships. Understand short, medium and long term resourcing strategies and requirements. Manage relationships with client’s HR and business community and ensure Jayne Peirce Recruitment continues to meet and surpass our client’s expectations by finding the very best talent in the market. This represents an amazing opportunity for an experienced travel professional who is looking to do more than an average Account Manager job, with ambition to help grow this exciting brand and maintain the highest quality reputation.
