We’re seeking a proven team manager to join this fast paced environment as a Regional Sales Manager. This exciting travel job will motivate and inspire a team of travel sales specialists, ensuring that your team achieve agreed sales results whilst also delivering unrivalled levels of customer service.

As the Regional Sales Manager you will ensure you team follow the correct procedures providing them with daily support, conducting regular reviews and 1-1’s. To be successful in this travel job you will be a real people person, who is experienced in being able to get the most out of your team. You will be highly motivated and driven to achieve set goals, whilst also putting the customer at the heart of everything you do.

You may currently be in a Sales Team Leader or Sales Manager position and looking to work within a forward thinking and innovative environment which embraces change and allows you the opportunity to progress.
