Do you have an extensive travel background? Are you a strong sales leader that excels in customer service? Then this could be the perfect senior travel job for you. Our client seeks a Sales & Customer Service Manager to lead and inspire a team of sales account executives, promoting excellent customer service within the team. As a Sales & Customer Service Manager you will be managing the need of customers, promoting excellent customer service, handling any challenges highlighted and acting as final escalation point.

A big part of this senior travel role will be people management, ensuring your team are achieving their KPIs, that you address any issues and offer support and training where needed..

You may currently be working in a similar role as a Sales Manager or an Operations Manager in travel but you may also be working in a Call Centre job in a travel environment where you are inspiring, motivating and leading a team.
