Reporting into the CEO this is an executive job in travel. The role of Sales Director will be taking full ownership of the Sales & Marketing functions for 4 exciting, well established tour operating brands.

With a team of 6 direct reports, the Sales Director will devise, implement and direct the team to fully carry out the strategy to ensure the company exceeds goals and objectives. Being responsible for B2B, B2C and Partnerships, the Sales Director will need have strong industry knowledge, be well networked and have excellent communication skills at a senior level. You will also be responsible for sales forecasts, budgets, targets and implementing business plans. This is a London based executive job in travel and will form part of the leadership team.

Having a team of 6, the Sales Director will need to have exceptional leaderships skills with the ability to lead, mentor and ensure the team is maximised and being fully utilised.

In terms of the marketing responsibility, the Sales Director will work closely with the marketing manager to implement strategic marketing plans for the 4 brands which will cover on and offline campaigns as well as affiliate marketing and partnerships.

As a Sales Director you will be a brand ambassador and be the face of the business at trade events, conferences and networking events. You may currently be working as a Head of Sales, looking for a step up the career ladder or already be a Sales Director looking for a new challenge within a large, high profile travel organisation.
