As a Sales Support Executive you are a lynch pin of a bustling sales department. Your day will consist of support the field sales team, to ensure they have all the tools to do their job fully by supporting them with reports, admin and any adhoc duties. In addition to this you will be the office point of contact for the trade, to help them with any product queries, brochure orders, existing incentives and trade marketing communications.
This is an administrative heavy position where you will be pulling adhoc reports for the sales team and senior manager, as well as collating the commercial agreements together, managing the agency sales inbox and responding to requests. In this travel job, you’ll work with the Sales Director also to manage the sales & marketing budget – what’s being spent where and managing the invoices for the division.
There will be some event management responsibilities which will include arrange and organising FAM trips for the trade, ensuring the business is being represented a trade and consumer events and organising training days. The ability to multi task is essential for this travel job.
Equally as important is account management skills and the ability to communicate over the phone, you will be allocated a handful of small accounts which you will manage and you may be asked to do some outbound calling to agents to follow up on correspondence from an event. It is a varied travel job that will offer you lots of insight into the industry.
