This newly created senior travel job offers a unique opportunity to be hugely instrumental in the growth of this business operating in the area of luxury travel.
Your role will be to lead and develop the sales team with the aim of improving performance, profitability and conversion. This job in luxury travel is operational; the Sales Team Leader is an active seller taking on day to day management with a hands-on approach and ‘a lead from the front’ attitude, inspiring others to deliver the end to end results.
You will be responsible for sales conversion, monitoring and listening to calls, assisting in daily trouble shooting and generally be the go to person for the leisure sales team. You will be the sort of person that still wants to make sales yourself and achieves a real buzz out of it.
You will need to be extremely sales focused and be an inspirational leader that delivers excellent service levels and has high standards, to fulfill this job in luxury travel.
