This is an exciting position for a sales focused individual who can drive a team to close every potential booking through training, motivation and best management practices. As the Sales Team Manager you will take responsibility for managing the sales team, ensuring all enquiries, quotations and bookings are administrated correctly and efficiently. By leading and motivating the sales team you will ensure organisational KPIs and sales goals are met.
In this senior travel job you will resolve issues that are escalated to you, review sales reports and discuss or feedback opportunities and ideas for improvements. Always seizing the moment to develop better procedures, processes and changes to documentation to increase effective time management and to be able to provide impeccable service to all customers.
Our client is seeking a career minded and hard working sales individual who can really hit the floor running within this buzzing environment.
You may currently be a Sales Team Leader, Sales Manager or Reservations Supervisor in a call centre, seeking an exciting job in travel to further your career in a unique online specialist travel company.
