As a Support Analyst you will be reporting to the Service Desk Manager. Our client is an established travel business who are looking to hire a first line support analyst. You don’t need to be all things tech but what you do need is to have travel industry experience gained from within an online travel agent, accommodation only provider or wholesale, ideally in a supporting function.

This is an exciting travel job that could take your career into a slightly different direction, but what is essential is that you have experience working with travel systems and enjoy technology.

This is a learn on the job opportunity, therefore you will need to be fully committed to hitting the ground running with a full induction to the requirements of the job. However you will be analytical and have good problem solving skills.

As this is a support role, you will be troubleshooting system/IT issues so a calm head is required as is excellent communication skills as you’ll be talking through resolving the issue over the phone with the end result being a successful conclusion and systems working correctly.
