This is an exciting travel job that will have responsibility for managing a portfolio of accounts, nurturing and developing the relationships to secure future business. As the Trade Sales Executive you will use effective account management skills to maximise profit and volume of sales, visiting key London based accounts on a daily basis. Kicking the day off in the office, you will then use your provided travel card(zones 1-3), grab your comfy walking shoes and head out to the streets of London to meet with your accounts.
Being a personable individual with strong customer service skills you will quickly build strong rapports with your key accounts in order to develop long-term relationships. This travel job will require you to analyse sales performance, identify initiatives to exceed targets, report on competitor activity and improve B2B customer satisfaction levels. Acting as a brand ambassador you will represent the company at networking and trade events.
To be successful in this travel job you will be highly personable, customer service driven and have the ability to maintain strong professional relationships. You may currently be working within a similar role, or as a sales assistant within a customer facing environment and looking to make a step into the travel & tourism industry.
