To fulfill this job in travel you will have buckets of energy, enthusiasm and has the ability to hold a room through delivering highly engaging training and development programmes for all levels of the business. Working with the business the Training & Implementation Manager will continuously assess and design tailored programmes that meet the needs of this travel company and support growth.
Combined with on-going development, this travel job will see you ensuring that the on-boarding of new employees is comprehensive and consistent. As Training & Implementation Manager, you will also support the implementation of apprenticeship programmes, implementing all processes and ensuring the company adheres to the legislative requirements.
