Happy 15 Years JPR!

15 years ago today, I took a leap of faith and launched Jayne Peirce Travel Recruitment.

I had no idea then quite how much this little business would come to mean to me or how many incredible people it would bring into my life.

Over the past 15 years, I've had the privilege of working with some of the most respected names in luxury travel, placing brilliant people into roles they've loved, and building relationships that have genuinely stood the test of time.Many of the candidates I placed in those early years are now the clients I work with today and that never gets old.

A huge part of what we've built belongs to Demi who has been with me from the very beginning. Her dedication, warmth, and expertise have shaped this business just as much as my own and I couldn't imagine doing this without her.

None of it would have been possible without the clients who trusted me with their teams, the candidates who trusted me with their careers, and the people who've championed this business along the way. You know who you are, and I'm genuinely grateful.

As for what's next, 15 years in, I'm more excited about this industry than ever.
